Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment verification issues, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
